Fabrication starts once the design is finalized and signed. Timelines range from 6 to 12 weeks depending on the design complexity.

We select only noble and sustainable materials: FSC-certified natural solid wood (walnut and oak), premium high-density plexiglass for optimal transparency, structural advanced polymers, and 18-karat gold-plated brass detailing. We combine artisan craft with advanced digital engineering to eliminate manufacturing waste.

Yes, DUK Design House ships globally. Due to the delicate nature of our sculptural works and lighting fixtures, each item is packed inside a custom-built, shock-absorbent wooden crate. We use specialized premium carriers with white-glove, fully insured shipping services to guarantee your order arrives in perfect condition.

For standard dust removal, use a clean, dry, lint-free microfiber cloth. Avoid using commercial cleaners, solvents, alcohol, or abrasive materials, particularly on gold-plated surfaces and plexiglass elements. For solid wood parts, a soft, damp cloth is suitable, followed immediately by a dry wipe to maintain natural surface moisture.

Standard, non-customized stock items can be returned within 14 days under our withdrawal policy, provided they are in their original packaging and unused condition. However, bespoke commissions, custom-made models, and numbered limited editions made to your exact specifications are non-refundable and exempt from standard withdrawal rights.
