DUK is committed to the accuracy of the information displayed on the online store, regarding the characteristics of the products. However, due to the bespoke nature of our collectible design objects and advanced fabrication materials, there may be slight deviations in shades, wood grain patterns, or textures compared to the photographs. The company is not responsible for any typographical errors in prices or product characteristics due to technical reasons.

All content of the website, including digital files, designs, texts, graphics, logos, and photographs, is the intellectual property of DUK and is protected by the relevant provisions of Greek and European law.

It is expressly prohibited to copy, reproduce, republish, sell, or commercially exploit our designs and products without the written permission of the owner.

4. Purchase Process & Orders

To complete the order, the user selects the products, fills in the necessary shipping information (Name, Address, Telephone, Email), and accepts these Terms of Use. After registration, the customer receives an automatic order confirmation via email.

Product prices include the legal VAT (e.g. 24%). DUK reserves the right to change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Orders can be paid for in the following ways:

• Credit / Debit Card through Viva Wallet's secure environment.
• Direct Bank Transfer
• By telephone arrangement (subject to agreement with the customer).

All card payments are processed through encryption systems of the cooperating providers. DUK does not collect or store your card details.

6. Shipping & Delivery of Products

Deliveries are made in collaboration with recognized courier and logistics companies. Delivery time depends on product availability and shipping area.

The ownership of the product is transferred to the customer upon full payment, while the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer upon receipt of the package from the carrier.

The user/customer agrees not to use the online store to publish or transmit illegal, threatening, offensive, or malicious content, as well as to introduce viruses or software that may damage the operation of the website.

8. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Greek and European Law. For any dispute arising from the use of the website or transactions through it, the courts of Athens are competent.

Also, according to Directive 2013/11/EC, the possibility of electronic resolution of consumer disputes is provided through the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform of the European Commission on the website: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
